& Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bpech" refers to the online gaming platform operated at bpech.bet, including all products, services, games, and account facilities made available thereon.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who registers an account with bpech and accesses any part of the bpech platform.
• "Account" means the individual bpech player account created upon successful completion of the registration and identity verification process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a player's bpech PKR wallet at any given time, including real-money deposits and credited bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matching deposits awarded by bpech subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must wager before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Pakistani Payment Methods" refers to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK, as supported by bpech at the time of a transaction.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action, omission, or behaviour defined as prohibited under Section 10 of these Terms.
• "Applicable Regulations" means the internationally recognised gaming regulations under which bpech operates and holds its gaming licence.

By accessing the bpech platform, clicking the registration button, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not register an account with bpech and must not access or use any part of the bpech platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the bpech Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms applicable to individual bonuses or events. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms will prevail in respect of that promotion only.

To register and maintain a bpech account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This requirement is non-negotiable and strictly enforced through identity verification at registration.
• You are accessing bpech from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You do not currently hold another active or suspended bpech account under any name, mobile number, or identity document.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not employed by bpech, any game provider supplying games to bpech, or any affiliate or partner of bpech in a capacity that would constitute a conflict of interest in respect of betting or gaming activity.

Each player may hold one and only one bpech account. The registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identity information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number (used for OTP-based login verification), and any additional identity documentation requested by bpech as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

• All information provided at registration must be truthful and consistent with your official identity documents.
• bpech reserves the right to request identity verification documents (CNIC, passport, or other government-issued ID) at any time, including before processing a withdrawal.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified by bpech may result in account restriction or closure.
• You must notify bpech promptly of any change to your registered information by contacting player support.
• Account registration is free of charge. bpech does not charge any fee for account creation or maintenance.

bpech reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the applicant does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 or where the application raises concerns under bpech's anti-fraud or anti-money-laundering procedures.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bpech account credentials, including your login details and any OTP codes sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any third party to access or operate your bpech account on your behalf.
• All bets, deposits, and account actions made using your credentials are your sole responsibility, whether or not they were authorised by you.
• You must notify bpech player support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• bpech will never ask for your full password via any communication channel. Any message purporting to be from bpech that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

bpech employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections and implements two-factor authentication via Pakistani mobile OTP for new device logins. While bpech takes reasonable technical precautions to protect your account, you remain responsible for the security of your own devices and credentials.

All financial transactions on the bpech platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bpech supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payment, and 1LINK.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200. Maximum single deposit: as specified in the bpech cashier at the time of transaction.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your bpech wallet within seconds of confirmation.
• Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan, Raast, 1LINK) are credited within 15 minutes of bank confirmation under normal operating conditions.
• Withdrawal requests to JazzCash or EasyPaisa are processed by bpech within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 2 business hours.
• bpech does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party charges imposed by your payment provider are outside bpech's control.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit to that account, except where otherwise approved by the bpech payments team.
• bpech reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts that have not completed KYC verification.
• Any deposits made in excess of account limits set by the player under responsible gaming controls will be returned without processing.

All sports bets and casino game rounds placed on the bpech platform are subject to the general rules set out in this section and to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player except where bpech's specific sports betting rules expressly permit a cash-out option.
• bpech reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear pricing error occurred, where the event conditions rendered the bet invalid, or where bpech has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed with knowledge of a predetermined outcome.
• Minimum bet: Rs 50 for sports markets. Minimum stake per game round in casino products: as stated in the individual game's paytable.
• Maximum win limits apply to individual bets and game rounds. These are stated within each product and may be updated from time to time.
• In-play (live) betting markets are offered at bpech's discretion. Market availability, odds, and suspension during live events are managed in real time and bpech accepts no liability for technical delays in odds transmission.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. bpech does not influence game outcomes.
• Disconnection from the bpech platform during a live game round does not void a bet already placed. The round will be resolved by the game engine and the result will be visible when connectivity is restored.

Cricket betting at bpech covers PSL, Pakistan national team fixtures, international bilateral series, and other domestic competitions. bpech offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and event-specific promotions including PSL season offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who meet the stated qualification criteria. bpech reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion.
• Each player is entitled to claim each welcome bonus once only. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses will be treated as Prohibited Conduct under Section 10.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings not meeting the wagering requirement within the stated period will be forfeited without notice.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in the bpech wallet. Real-money funds are used first in all game rounds unless otherwise stated.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each stake; live casino and sports betting contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• bpech reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a player has already claimed a bonus, any changes will not retroactively affect that player's existing bonus terms.
• Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bpech bonus structures — including through arbitrage betting, low-risk staking patterns designed to clear bonuses, or coordinated abuse with other players — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings and may result in account suspension.

bpech is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all Pakistani players. As a condition of platform use, all players are required to engage with bpech's responsible gaming framework and to make use of the tools provided where appropriate.

• All players must be 21 years of age or older. This requirement is enforced through identity verification and cannot be waived.
• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders and reality check notifications are available to all players and can be configured from the account settings panel.
• Temporary self-exclusion is available for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Permanent self-exclusion is available upon request to the bpech responsible gaming team. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once applied.
• Players who self-exclude from bpech will not receive any marketing communications during the exclusion period.
• Players who believe their gambling has become a problem are encouraged to contact the bpech responsible gaming team via player support for a confidential discussion and access to support resources.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bpech platform. Any player found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where conduct may constitute a criminal offence:

• Registering more than one bpech account under any name, mobile number, identity document, or device.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any identity verification process.
• Accessing or using the bpech platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the bpech platform or place bets.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or pricing mistakes in a deliberate or systematic manner.
• Placing bets in collaboration with other players to guarantee a return regardless of outcome (arbitrage abuse).
• Using the bpech platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, or interfere with any part of the bpech platform infrastructure.
• Engaging in any conduct that bpech's risk management systems flag as suspicious or that a reasonable person would consider dishonest or abusive in the context of online gaming.

All content on the bpech platform — including but not limited to the bpech logo, brand name, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, and data compilations — is the property of bpech or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bpech platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any bpech content without express prior written consent from bpech.

Game content available on the bpech platform is licensed to bpech by third-party game providers and remains the intellectual property of those providers. All rights reserved.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bpech's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the bpech platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• bpech is not liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from platform use.
• bpech is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to secure their own account credentials.
• bpech is not liable for the unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond bpech's reasonable control including network outages, force majeure events, or third-party payment gateway failures.
• Nothing in these Terms limits bpech's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

bpech reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, bpech will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the bpech platform.

Continued use of the bpech platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting bpech player support.

The version date shown at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were last updated. Previous versions are available upon request from bpech player support.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bpech holds its gaming licence. By using the bpech platform, you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game outcome, account balance, or any other platform-related matter, players should first raise the matter with bpech player support. bpech will investigate all disputes in good faith and provide a written response within 10 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through bpech's internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body under bpech's gaming licence.

These Terms are written and interpreted in English. Any translation provided for player convenience is non-binding. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English text prevails.
