During a cool-off period your bpech account is suspended — you cannot deposit, bet, or access games. At the end of the period, access is automatically restored.
Self-exclusion is bpech's most powerful responsible gaming tool. Players who choose self-exclusion have their bpech account locked for a minimum of 6 months, with options extending to 1 year, 3 years, or permanently. During self-exclusion, bpech will suppress all marketing communications to that player. Re-registering during an active self-exclusion period is a violation of bpech's Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure.
bpech provides every player with a full gaming activity statement showing deposits, withdrawals, net wins and losses, and total time spent on the platform over any chosen period. Reality check pop-ups can be configured to appear at intervals of your choice during a gaming session, reminding you of how long you have been playing and your net position. Awareness is your first line of defence.

You will receive a confirmation to your registered Pakistani mobile number. Access is automatically restored when the period ends — no action needed from you.
Go to Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion. Choose your exclusion period: 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent. Confirm twice — this is intentionally a two-step process. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. During exclusion, bpech will not send you any promotional material and your account cannot be accessed.
